By Post: Please make cheques payable to "row pinto knitwear designs" and include your cheque guarantee number on the back, send your order to studio 304, 18-22 Creekside, Cockpit Arts, London SE8 3DZ Customers sending payment via cheque may encounter a delay in their order being despatched, as we will normally need to clear a cheque.

DELIVERIES
Most of my items are either knitted or handcrated by me and in some cases there may be a delay in sending, we will contact you if there is an excessive delay with the despatch of your order.
We aim to despatch most items, except our cushions and throws, within three days of order depending on availability. Cushions and throws will normally be despatched within ten days as these items are knitted to order.
Items will normally be sent using Post Office 'recorded' delivery with a flat rate of £4.95 that is added to your order when you purchase a product from Row Pinto. Delivery times will vary according to how quickly Royal Mail delivers.
We recommend placing your orders early at particularly busy times, (such as Christmas) to make allowances for delivery delays.
All deliveries require a signature so please supply us with an address at which a parcel can be signed for. If you miss delivery it will be taken to your nearest Royal Mail sorting office where you can arrange redelivery or collect it.
We reserve the right to decline to fulfil orders for any reason, including a Row Pinto product that has been mis-published such as its specification or price. Orders are regarded as offers that we are entitled to accept or decline. If there are any problems with your order we will contact you.
There is one delivery charge per order and replacement items for faulty products will be sent free of charge. We will send you an e-mail to confirm when your order has been sent.
Deliveries to non-UK addresses will take considerably longer to arrive.
Goods will not be sent until full payment (including delivery charge) has been received. Customers sending payment via cheques may encounter a large delay in their order being despatched as we will normally need to clear a cheque.
OUR RETURNS POLICY AND CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
We understand that you may sometimes want to return items that you are not happy with. You have the right to cancel an order for a Row Pinto product, beginning from 7 working days following the first working day after the day on which you receive it. A working day is any day except Saturday, Sunday and UK public holidays. You can cancel and order for a Row Pinto product by e-mailing: rowpinto@aol.com
If you cancel during this 'cooling off' period, you must return the Row Pinto product to us at your own cost within 14 days of the date you cancelled. You must take care of the Row Pinto product while you have it and items must be returned to us in perfect condition, with original packaging. If you cancel during the 'cooling off' period and return the Row Pinto product, in good condition, then you will receive a full refund of the price you paid for your Row Pinto product. If you fail to return the Row Pinto product in good condition to us within 14 days, , then you will be responsible for payment of the price of the Row Pinto product. If you want a refund on a discounted Row Pinto product then you will be refunded the discounted price.
You remain fully responsible for Row Pinto products until they are received, returned items must be sent by recorded delivery as no reponsiblity can be taken for lost goods in transit. The address to return your items to is: studio 304, Cockpit Arts, 18-22 Creekside, London SE8 3DZ.
In the unfortunate event that your Row Pinto product is faulty, Row Pinto will pay for your return postage and a full refund.
If your item is to be exchanged it will be sent within 5 working days of receiving your return.
